Refund Policy

At Holy Standard, each piece is carefully checked before shipping. Returns are only accepted where an item is faulty or has a defect. In such cases, we will assess the item and provide the appropriate remedy.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Exclusions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Sale or clearance items
